A management company, not a consulting company
Most consulting companies approach the market with great advice, but are weak on delivery.
Tony Parkinson, senior partner, stated: "From the early formation of AscendMT, we were committed to creating something different than your typical consulting business. We wanted to build a management company that not only assessed issues or challenges, but put action plans in place to achieve the desired results."
Even the name Ascend Management Team highlights our strong focus on implementation and our desire to be a plug-and-play senior management team that can go to work immediately for your organization.
Typically, AscendMT will work a three-phase strategy with any engagement. Phase one is Assessment. We evaluate the current business model, organization, and market to determine the best course of action going forward. Phase two is Design. Put simply, we develop a strategy based on years of real world experience running companies. This leads to the final stage; Implementation.
Implementation may be the rollout of a new product, revamping of the sales organization, the divestiture of unprofitable divisions, augmenting the senior management team, or pursuing viable exit strategies for a buyout of the company. Many companies can identify the problem. Few can orchestrate a viable plan to direct the company to new heights. In fact, most consulting groups do not even attempt to commit to the Implementation stage.
At AscendMT, this is our passion
